Floss or Die? The Benefits of Flossing

Is that a title to grab your attention or what? This isn’t the first time I’ve heard about the relationship between dental hygiene and systemic health, as well as the benefits of flossing. I think it’s fair to say, however, that the first time you hear about this connection you categorize it under “I would have never guessed.” This infographic not only highlights an important actionable step in your health practice (so you can get the benefits of flossing) but also highlights the fact that complex relationships exist within the body. This reminds us to maintain a holistic perspective and a comprehensive approach to our own health. Have a great weekend everyone!
